Definitely from my experience the Fire, and Air signs because they are the masculine signs meaning they are not emotional people.
i am an aries. i hate needy people in a relationship. i would dump a girl if she turned out to be needy in a heartbeat.. im not needy in a relationship, but if im not happy and not getting what i want.. (usually sex) then im an annoying ***** in a relationship. i know that. lol. i'll drive the other person to suicide if im not happy but stuck in a relationship.

Independent signs, like Aquarius

They would probably start acting distant still friendly but a little cold.

I don't think aquarians are clingy or needy because of their independent rebellious streak and dislike of being seen as vulnerable.
