Am i able to use this crank

The crank is designed for 144mm BCD chainrings. You will have to find some other chainring for this crank, or find another crank to fit that chainring. The bottom bracket is designed for the crank.Am i Able to use A sugino sg75-144 njs with a Sugino messenger chainring?
I am not familiar with this brand, but typically components from the same manufacturer are compatitible with each other. Looks like the same bolt pattern on the crank and chainring, so you should be golden.
